2.3 Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
2.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of 89ph, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in any promotions.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 89ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. 89ph is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Notify 89ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 KYC Verification. 89ph is required to verify the identity of all players. You agree to provide a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and any additional documentation requested by 89ph for Know Your Customer (KYC) purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
3.5 Account Currency. All 89ph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Transactions are processed in PHP.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 89ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 89ph wallet immediately. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on the sending institution.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. 89ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. 89ph reserves the right to use an alternative method at its discretion.
4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Platform's cashier page. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
4.6 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
5.1 89ph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP cashback. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 89ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
5.4 Promotion Eligibility. Promotions are available to eligible players only. 89ph reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
5.5 89ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 All games available on the 89ph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in licensed studio environments.
6.2 Game-specific rules are published within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail for that specific game.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 89ph will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. 89ph's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final.
6.4 Bets placed after a game round has concluded, or bets placed in error due to a software malfunction, may be voided at 89ph's discretion.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 89ph.
8.3 The 89ph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 89ph. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
9.1 The 89ph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 89ph disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 89ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if 89ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 89ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 89ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 89ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.
10.1 89ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
10.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
10.3 89ph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 89ph cannot guarantee absolute data security.
11.1 89ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion to help players manage their gambling activity.

12.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, 89ph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting 89ph support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12.4 Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 89ph reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 89ph's internal dispute resolution process. You may initiate a dispute by contacting 89ph support with a written description of your complaint.
13.3 89ph will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.1 89ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 89ph will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
14.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 89ph Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
